Is my credit card safe?

We process payments for our store with Shopify Payments. They keep your payment info safe. Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts. If you have any questions please email us at merch@thechangelog.com

How are items shipped?

Our merch ships from our fulfillment center in Orlando, FL via FedEx and USPS. Orders with a United States destination will receive their orders in approximately 10 days from the date of shipping. International orders will take 3-6 weeks.

Will there be shipping delays due to the pandemic?

Quite possibly, especially for international orders. Please allow for up to an extra 14 business days after your package was expected to arrive.

How do you handle international shipping?

We ship internationally via USPS. Shipping times may vary depending on your country and location. Generally, international orders will take approximately 3-6 weeks. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, inspection fees, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer's country.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final with the exception of size exchanges.

You may request a different size of the exact same item originally ordered. Shirts must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same new condition as received within 45 days of the shipping date. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is our fault.

My item arrived damaged, what now?

The types of items we sell and ship tend to not arrive damaged, but if this is the case for your order, please take pictures of the packaging and item as you received them. Email those images and details to merch@thechangelog.com so we can connect with our fulfillment team and determine a suitable resolution.
